By the time I placed this order, I was very excited. I already have almost same design colour hand bag that I bought from Ali Express few years back that can be seen in my orders. On receiving this hand bag I got drastically disappointed. Outer leather from back side was badly torn off (as if someone has cut it off with some sharp tool.) at 3 or 4 points. The inner lining was also badly damaged. Fingers could easily penetrate across from both sides. I’m highly sorry and highly disappointed to see the state of the delivery of the hand bag. I am highly associated with Ali Express, never ever thought of this sort of delivery speaking a lot about the store. I’m a busy person and cannot undertake the ruturn formalities pursuing refund or otherwise. I request Ali Express to kindly look into such vendors who are responsible for such a disappointment and wastege of our money.
