Wide is fine, my waist is 80 and I asked for size L according to the size chart and I’m doing perfect. I don’t find it very comfortable because it’s not wearing the fabric is not elastic, you adjust it with the velocs and then you put the elastic on top, it only carries two rods no 4 what it looks like in the image
