The product came to me in only 18 days approx. It came as indicated in a beginning, only two details. 1. The metal strap is not custom-made adjustable only has 3 types of settings, if you have small or thin wrist I don’t recommend you as it will loose (go for rubber option). 2. The side of the sensor scratched ME, should include a protector (attached capture)
