It doesn’t fit well with the water outlet unfortunately I had to open dispute for the product, maybe it’s just the one I received the defective, try adjust ndo according to the manual, changing the gums but still filters water and it doesn’t work.
Customer –
There is not full complect of components in the package. As have been mentioned on the goods page there must be 6 adapters (they help the tap to fit to diamonds). and 2 seal rings (which makes the mentioned connection of the faucet and the tap more tight) in addition to the faucet. As I wasn’t able to use both of ordered tapes I asked the store to send me missed components. The seller has refused both to send them and to make partial refund. I recommend not to hesitate in beginning the dispute with the seller if the product doesn’t meet your needs. Send incomplete kit. In both purchased sets in the parcel was not specified in the description of the goods 6 adapters under different diameters of mixers and 2 O-rings. The seller refused to send the missing parts or make a partial refund, pulled the time before the dispute, replied with standard phrases in a circle. I recommend immediately to open a dispute if you find a lack in the product of this seller.
